This service is available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After collecting the keys, you may go to the apartment to leave your luggage.

Please note that check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM, when the apartment will be clean and ready for you.
We cannot guarantee early access before that time.

Upon request, it is possible to arrange key delivery directly at the apartment starting from 3:00 PM. The request must be made by 6:00 PM on the day before arrival.
This additional service comes with an extra charge, depending on the arrival time:

- Check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM – EUR 20 (VAT included)
